How to Make a One-Off Payment to Your Prosper Investment Account

If you need to make a one-off payment to your Prosper account, you can easily do so through the Prosper app. Follow the instructions below to make your payment:

In the Prosper app, click on your relevant account (Pension, ISA, GIA).

Click on the Add money button and enter the amount you wish to deposit

Click on the Next button and select your bank provider from the list. You will then be taken to your bank provider where you can confirm this payment.

If you do not see your bank provider listed, please click on the "transfer from your bank account" option. This will take you to our in-app chat system where you will be asked to upload a bank statement. Our team will review your statement and assist you with making the payment.
