We can change your nominated bank account, however we require a copy of a recent bank statement.

How to Change Your Nominated Bank Account

If you need to change the bank account that is linked to your account, we require a copy of a recent bank statement. This statement must be dated within the last three months and must clearly show the following information:

  • Your name and current address

  • The Bank provider name

  • Sort code and account number

Please make sure to redact any sensitive information, such as balances, before submitting your bank statement. Additionally, please ensure that all four corners of the statement are included.

You may be wondering why we require this information. The reason is simple - we need to verify your bank account for security purposes. Once we have a verified bank account on record, it will be the only bank account to which money can be deposited and withdrawn.
