This is especially true when splitting funds across multiple accounts or when trying to view pending or cancelled transactions.

Blocking Second Payments
One of the main reasons for incomplete fund visibility is the creation multiple payment requests, sometimes across multiple accounts. This can cause confusion and make it difficult for customers to track their funds. To address this issue, we are currently working on building an improved experience that will block users from instructing second payments across accounts.
Improved Messaging
In addition to blocking second payments, we are also working on improving the messaging for pending and failed transactions. We understand that it can be frustrating to not have clear information about the status of your funds. That's why we are implementing changes to make the messaging clearer and more informative.
